Imagination Factory is a nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping creative disruptors to drive innovation in child welfare and family preservation. Our programs include the Accelerator, Creative Clusters, CEO Circle, and Untethered.

Donations to Imagination Factory are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law — consult your tax advisor for guidance.
We reserve the right to use donations in support of our mission at our discretion unless otherwise restricted by a specific gift agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, program materials, the Imagination Ecosystem framework, and the 'Creative Disruptor' methodology — is the property of Imagination Factory or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may share or reference our content for non-commercial, educational purposes with proper attribution. Any other use requires our written consent.
6. User-Submitted Content
If you submit testimonials, feedback, or other content to us, you grant Imagination Factory a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our programs and communications. We will not use your name or likeness without your permission.
